Variant of the Town Plan of Cesenatico

The University Institute of Architecture of Venice (IUAV) is in charge of drafting the preparatory studies, a prerequisite for the drafting of the New Master Plan of the city of Cesenatico.

Professor Alberto Cecchetto, as Urban Designer, has the task of defining the three-dimensional and architectural dimension of the most delicate urban systems, located in the most complex areas of the city. Urban places that only a design dimension can better define.

Various project proposals are formulated that involve access from the north and south of the city, or some important areas that surround the port/ channel, the real center of attraction of Cesenatico, overlooking the Adriatic.
