Our Service
- Consulting: Advisory services for property acquisitions, due diligence, and real estate transaction assessments. Preliminary inspections to support business planning.
- Design: Architectural and interior design, project development, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams, either internal or external to our network (including structural design, system engineering, energy performance evaluations of building envelopes, lighting and acoustic studies, etc.).
- Construction Management: Execution planning, assistance during the tendering process and contract drafting, operational project management, accounting, inspections, project closure, and issuance of occupancy certificates.
- Regulatory Procedures: Management of applications for building permits or other required authorizations.
