The “querelle” on the big ships and their passage in front of S. Marco is at the center, for many years, of the debate on the future of Venice and the lagoon. the more credible and feasible option previews a terminal cruises to Marghera, along the canal north, to the intersection between the Canale dei Petroli and the Canale Vittorio Emanuele, that it joins Marghera with the current terminal cruises of the Marittima one.

The area and the design theme are crucial for the future of Marghera, with many areas in disuse and often in great need of heavy reclamation. They can anticipate the future, reconversion and redevelopment of industrial sites. So much so that the owners of the area ask us for a conversion project. But everything stops between institutional slowness and lack of vision.
